AD review on certain pipes imported from Taiwan rescinded

The US Department of Commerce rescinds anti-dumping administrative review on circular welded carbon steel pipe and tubes imported from Taiwan. The US Department of Commerce (DOC) on June 30, 2004 initiated administrative review of the anti-dumping duty order on circular welded carbon steel pipe and tubes imported from Taiwan, upon the request filed by the respondent Yieh Phui. The review covers the period May 1, 2003 through April 30, 2004. However the respondent withdrew its request for a review. As the request has been withdrawn within 90 days after the review was initiated, DOC rescinds the review with respect to subject producer/exporter.
