SteelOrbis has been informed that ex-Ukraine offers to the UAE for B grade seamless pipes of 2’’-6’’ as per ASTM A106/API 5L stand in the price range of $1,080-1,100/mt C&F on actual weight basis, for advance payments or via letter of credit, and for January-February 2011 shipments.
