SteelOrbis sources have confirmed that mills in Michigan, Chicago and the Midwest seem to be “toeing the line” with February pricing.  “Mills are quoting at sideways for busheling, down $50/gt for P&S, and down $60/gt for shredded scrap,” a source said. “The big strokes have been consistent, and the mills seem to be in lock-step with their pricing.”  Settled prices are expected to emerge on Friday.
