SteelOrbis has learned that the dock delivered price range for HMS I/II 80:20 in Philadelphia has ticked down since our last report two weeks ago. Today, at least two exporters have lowered their prices by $20/gt, from an average of $360-$380/gt, in mid-November, to $340-$360/gt, as of this morning.
