Ex-Baltic scrap booking in Turkey

According to market sources, a Turkish steel producer has concluded an ex-Baltic deal for 5,500 mt of HMS I/II 80:20 scrap, 12,000 mt of shredded scrap, 1,500 mt of bonus grade scrap and 1,000 mt of busheling scrap at an average price level of $191.5/mt CFR. The customer's discharging rate of 4,000 mt per day has resulted in an increase of $1/mt in the average price level.
