SteelOrbis has been informed that the domestic scrap purchase prices of Taiwanese steel producer Feng Hsin Steel (FHS) have been announced at NTD 9,000-9,100/mt ($292-295/mt) delivered to customer. With this sudden decision, FHS has reduced its domestic scrap purchase prices twice in the current week, market sources report.
