SteelOrbis has learned that dock delivered prices for HMS I/II 80:20 in Philadelphia and New York have softened by $10/gt since our last report a week ago, from approximately $220-$225/gt, to $210-$215/gt. Sources have further confirmed reports that exporters will take prices down by another $10/gt before the end of the month.
