SteelOrbis has learned that dock delivered prices for HMS I/II 80:20 in Philadelphia and New York have continued to tick upward since our last report a week ago, from an average range of $200-$225/gt, to approximately $220-$225/gt. Inflow has been described as sluggish. Sources have further confirmed that some export yards have paid prices at slighly above this range, to bring scrap in from a distance.
