Diverse trends in Turkish ship scrap market

Turkish mills’ ship scrap purchase prices have indicated diverse trends today, September 28. Three producers have kept their prices unchanged as compared to Friday, September 25, while one steelmaker decided to reduce its quotations by $3/mt, with the remaining one increasing its prices by $4/mt to their previous level. As a result, ship scrap purchase prices in Turkey are still in the range of $280-285/mt.
