SteelOrbis has been informed that the prices of HMS I/II carbon scrap in Taiwan have remained stable over the past week at NTD 12,300-13,000/mt ($416-440/mt) ex-yard on actual weight basis.
In the meantime, stainless steel scrap prices in the Taiwanese domestic market have remained unchanged over the past week at NTD 53,500-56,000/mt ($1,813-1,898/mt) ex-yard.
The above prices include five percent VAT and are for late -June shipments.
