A Turkish mill has purchased an ex-US West coast bulk scrap cargo of 42,000 mt. The cargo contains 18,000 mt of HMS I/II 80:20 scrap at $330/mt CFR, 18,000 mt of shredded scrap at $335/mt CFR, and 6,000 mt of bonus/P&S scrap at $340/mt CFR. The pricing remains stable from the most recent ex-US West coast bulk scrap deal for 30,000 mt of shredded scrap at $335/mt CFR reported yesterday by SteelOrbis.
