Another ex-EU scrap deal reported in Turkey

A Turkish mill, based in the Izmir region, made a scrap purchase from the Netherlands at the end of last week. According to market sources, in the deal 30,000 mt of HMS I/II 80:20 grade was priced at $219.75/mt CFR and 8,000 mt of bonus grade at $229.75/mt CFR, while the cargo will be shipped in October. Last week, prices for ex-EU HMS I/II 80:20 scrap were ranging at $218-220/mt CFR, as SteelOrbis reported earlier.
