Market sources indicate that CIS wire rod export offers are still ranging at $555-560/mt FOB Black Sea, remaining unchanged since last week. Meanwhile, it is reported that some small-scale sales have been concluded from the CIS to the Middle East in the price range of $550-555/mt FOB Azov, though now wire rod demand is scarce in the region with the impact of Ramadan.

In the meantime, CIS wire rod offers for Europe have also been stable since last week, trending at $595-600/mt DAP. However, demand in Europe is weak too because of the summer holidays.
