Turkish integrated steel mill Kardemir has opened its domestic rebar sales as of today, November 25. The new offer price has been set at TRY 4,160/mt ($520/mt) ex-works, up by TRY 305/mt ($21/mt) from last week. The offer is valid for 500 mt and above orders, with 25 percent on cash payment basis, with 25 percent each on 30-day, 60-day and 90-day deferred payment basis, and with no interest accruing due to payment deferral.
The producer’s previous domestic rebar sales were announced on November 18 at TRY 3,855/mt ($499/mt) ex-works.
Prices exclude 18 percent VAT.
