Today, July 26, Turkish steelmaker Icdas A.S. has decreased its official rebar price on lira basis by TRY 395/mt to TRY 13,920/mt (660/mt) ex-works over the day amid depreciation of Turkish lira against US dollar and the negative mood in the import scrap segment. The supplier has also cut its wire rod price by TRY 395/mt to TRY 14,760/mt ($700/mt) ex-works. Both longs prices have fallen by $20/mt over the same period.
