Rebar demand in Egypt is still fairly low, as it was in previous weeks. Due to the political and economic instability in the country, the Egyptian rebar market has remained very quiet and market players are cautious towards new purchases.

Similar to previous weeks, no new rebar offer has been heard from Turkey to Egypt. Finding Turkish mills' rebar prices on the high side, Egyptian buyers are not in a hurry to conclude new bookings, but instead are waiting to decide their next move in line with the demand situation.
