SteelOrbis has been informed that domestic Q195-235 grade 150 mm x 150 mm billet prices in China have decreased by an average of RMB 18/mt as of today, April 18, to RMB 3,630/mt ($541/mt) ex-warehouse, including 13 percent VAT.
