SteelOrbis has been informed that ex-Thailand billet offers to Vietnam are standing at $580/mt CFR Vietnam ports, while ex-Taiwan billet offers to the same country are standing at $555/mt FOB. Also, billet offers to Vietnam from the CIS are at the level of $600/mt CFR.
