SteelOrbis has learned that US traders are offering import HRC from Romania and Serbia at $65 cwt. ($1,433-$1,300/nt) or below, DDP loaded truck in US Gulf coast ports.
Additionally, traders are also offering import HRC from Mexican steel producers at approximately $68-$70 cwt. ($1,499-$1,543/mt or $1,360-$1,400/nt), FOB Texas.
