Ukrainian mill Ilyich has concluded HRC sales via traders to Turkey at the level of $520/mt CFR for November shipment, for low tonnages. Meanwhile, offers have maintained their levels and new counter bids given by pipe producers this week are at $480/mt CFR for high tonnage purchases.
