Hebei Province-based Chinese steelmaker Xuanhua Iron and Steel Co. (Xuanhua Steel), a subsidiary of major Chinese steel producer Hebei Iron and Steel Group Co. (Hebei Steel Group), has for the first time directly supplied a batch of 60 mm 40Cr alloy round steel bar to Chinese automaker Great Wall Motors Company Ltd. (Great Wall Motors), as announced by Hebei Steel Group.
40Cr round steel bar has good comprehensive mechanical properties, also at low temperatures, low notch sensitivity and good impact resistance.
