Wuxi NewDaZhong Steel issues March prices

SteelOrbis Shanghai On March 1, Jiangsu Province-based Wuxi NewDaZhong Steel released ex-factory prices for March 2007. The details are as follows: The ex-factory price of HDG increased RMB 100-200/mt ($13-26/mt). After adjustment, 0.5 mm thick HDG is RMB 6,600/mt ($853/mt), while that of 1.0 mm thick HDG is RMB 6,050/mt ($782/mt). The ex-factory price of color coated coil increased RMB 130/mt ($17/mt). The new price of 0.4 mm thick color coated coil is RMB 7,680/mt ($992/mt), while that of 0.47 mm thick color coated coils is RMB 7,280/mt ($941/mt). All the above prices include 17 percent VAT and are effective as of March 1, 2007.
