On November 5, 2007, Jiangsu Province-based Wuxi NewDaZhong Steel released the November ex-factory prices for its products.
The producer's ex-factory price of HDG has decreased RMB 50-100/mt ($7-13/mt). After adjustment, the new price of 0.5 mm thick HDG is RMB 6,000/mt ($805/mt), while that of 1.0 mm thick HDG is RMB 5,600/mt ($752/mt).
In addition, the ex-factory price of color coated coil has decreased RMB 50-200/mt ($7-27/mt). After adjustment, the new price of 0.4 mm thick color coated coil is RMB 7,100/mt ($953/mt), while that of 0.47 mm thick color coated coil is RMB 6,850/mt ($919/mt).
All above prices include 17 percent VAT and are effective as of November 1, 2007.
