Voestalpine to acquire two French sections producers

Austrian Voestalpine AG announced that its division Voestalpine Profilform GmbH will acquire two French steel sections manufacturers. Subject to anti-trust approval, Profilform will takeover all shares in Profil à froid (Profilafroid) and Société Automatique de Profilage (SAP). Profilafroid and SAP are together the leading French providers of light steel sections.
