US: Quota utilization levels of Ukraine, Russia

In the first eight months of 2006, Ukraine utilized 61.8 percent of its carbon steel flat rolled products with trimmed edge quota allocated by the US, supplying 85,351 metric tons. The yearly quota for Ukraine is 138,106 metric tons. In the first eight months of 2006, Russia utilized 38.23 percent of its HR sheets quota allocated by the US, supplying 324,912 metric tons. The yearly quota for Russia is 850,000 metric tons.
