US: Quota utilization levels of Ukraine, Russia

In the first seven months of 2006, Ukraine utilized 48.8 percent of its carbon steel flat rolled products with trimmed edge quota allocated by the US, supplying 67,399 metric tons. The yearly quota for Ukraine is 138,106 metric tons. In the first seven months of 2006, Russia utilized 31.43 percent of its HR sheets quota allocated by the US, supplying 267,137 metric tons. The yearly quota for Russia is 850,000 metric tons.
