US ITC makes preliminary determination in AD, CVD investigations of magnesia carbon bricks from China and Mexico

On Friday, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) made its preliminary injury determination in the antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of magnesia carbon bricks from China and the AD investigation of magnesia carbon bricks from Mexico.

Accordingly, these investigations will continue and the US Department of Commerce (DOC) will determine whether these products have been dumped/subsidized.
