On August 1, 2006, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated a sunset review of the antidumping duty order on foundry coke from China. As a result of the determinations by the DOC and the US International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty order on the subject merchandise from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the US, the DOC has published a notice of continuation of this antidumping duty order.
