The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced Thursday that it has set preliminary anti-dumping (AD) duties on approximately $80 million in Chinese steel wheels. The DOC set an AD duty of 141.38 percent on steel wheels made by Shanghai Yata Industry Company, and 110.58 percent on Jining Centurion Wheels Manufacturing Co. Ltd.

Indiana-based Accuride Corporation and Michigan-based Hayes Lemmerz International filed the case in March of this year.
