US DOC revises reference prices for CTL plate from Ukraine

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has released the revised reference prices for cut-to-length carbon plate from Ukraine under the scope of the suspension agreement between the two countries. The prices are valid for the period from November 1, 2006 through to January 31, 2007. The new prices are as follows:
