The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has rescinded the antidumping duty administrative review with respect to stainless steel bars imported from Italy.
On April 27, 2007, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an antidumping duty administrative review for stainless steel bars imported from Italy, covering the period March 1, 2006, through February 28, 2007. The review was initiated for Acciaierie Valbruna S.p.A. (Valbruna).
Since Valbruna withdrew its request for a review within 90 days of the initiation of the administrative review, the DOC has decided to rescind the review with respect to the subject merchandise imported from Valbruna.
