US DOC: Preliminary results of AD review on SSSS imported from Germany

Upon the request of several petitioners and the respondents ThyssenKrupp Nirosta GmbH (ThyssenKrupp Nirosta), ThyssenKrupp VDM GmbH (TKVDM), and ThyssenKrupp Nirosta Prazisionsband GmbH (TKNP) (collectively, TKN), the US Department of Commerce (DOC), on August 29, 2005, initiated an antidumping administrative review on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from Germany. The review covered the period July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2005. The DOC preliminarily determined that the imports from TKN were made at less than normal value. Accordingly, the preliminary dumping margin existing for the period for the period July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2005, is as follows:
