US DOC: Preliminary results of AD review on flat products from Netherlands

Upon the request of the Nucor Corporation, Mittal Steel USA ISG Inc. (Mittal) and United States Steel Corporation (USS)(collectively, petitioners), the US Department of Commerce (DOC) on December 22, 2005, initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain hot rolled carbon steel flat products imported from The Netherlands. The review covered the period November 1, 2004 through October 31, 2005. The DOC has preliminarily determined that sales of hot rolled steel from The Netherlands in the US have been made below normal value. Accordingly, the following margin exists for imports of the subject merchandise from The Netherlands:
