US DOC postpones preliminary CVD determination for PC strand from China

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has postponed the deadline for its preliminary determination in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) from China.
 
Accordingly, the date of the preliminary determination has been postponed to October 26, 2009.
