US DOC: Final results of sunset review on foundry coke from China

On August 1, 2006, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated a sunset review of the antidumping duty order on foundry coke products from China. On the basis of the notices of intent to participate and adequate substantive responses filed on behalf of domestic interested parties and inadequate responses from respondent interested parties, the DOC conducted an expedited (120-day) sunset review of this order. As a result of this sunset review, the DOC has found that revocation of the AD order would be likely to lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated below:
