Uraltrubprom installs new equipment

Russian electric welded pipes and steel structures producer Urals Pipe Works (Uraltrubprom) has announced that it has installed six new lines of equipment for the production of steel structures and the processing of construction steel products. The total investment in question amounts to €4 million.

The new equipment will allow Uraltrubprom to increase its steel structures output to 4,000 metric tons per month, to process steel pipes and steel sections of different shapes, to up production speed and quality of products, and to decrease production costs and man-hours.
