Universal Stainless increases bar prices

Universal Stainless & Alloy Products Inc, with a recent statement, announced that it will increase prices of all grades of bar products including flats, hexagon and square bar products by 4% to be effective for new orders as of May 14, 2004. The prices will be increased to offset rising energy and manufacturing costs. As previously reported by SteelOrbis, Universal Stainless & Alloy Products increased its prices again by 4% in April.
