Ukrainian scrap suppliers suggest prepaid shipment

According to reports of various Ukrainian sources, scrap suppliers in the country came out with initiative to introduce a new scheme operations with scrap consumers, that is 25-30 percent prepaid shipment on scrap. The introduction of prepayment system is to guarantee uninterrupted supplies of specified volumes of scrap and act as reassurance against dropping shipments of scrap to consumers.
