Ukraine’s scrap exports drop by 58 percent in September over August

In September this year, Ukraine's ferrous scrap exports saw a 58 percent decrease month on month and an 83.4 percent drop year on year to 29,220 mt. The value of scrap export sales in September was down by 57.4 percent compared to August, decreasing to $9.14 million.

In January-September this year, Ukraine's scrap exports decreased by 11.5 percent year on year to 528,260 mt, valued at $169.78 million.
