Turkish company CVS to supply two meltshops in CIS

CVS, the Kocaeli-based Turkish part and equipment manufacturer for steel mills, has announced that it has signed two new turn-key meltshop projects in the CIS region, one of which is for a specialty steel plant, while the other will produce 1.5 million metric tons of commercial quality steel products per year.
 
In addition to these two turn-key projects, CVS said that it has also signed a supply agreement for a new FTP system with another steel plant.
