Turkey’s June steel export value down 2.25 percent from May

According to the provisional foreign trade statistics compiled by the Turkish Exporters' Association (TIM), in June this year Turkey's steel exports totaled $1.36 billion in value, increasing by 23.16 percent year on year but down 2.25 percent from the previous month.

On the other hand, in the first five months of this year, Turkey's steel export value came to $7.75 billion, rising by 32.72 percent as compared to the corresponding period of the previous year.
