Turkey’s Ministry of Economy has announced that it has decided to launch an antidumping (AD) duty investigation with regard to color coated sheet imports from China.

The antidumping duty investigation was launched following an application lodged by MMK Metalürji wth the support of Tezcan. The application alleges that Chinese color coated sheet has been exported to Turkey at prices less than their normal value and that the dumping has caused material injury to the Turkish industry.

The goods subject to antidumping duty currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7210.70.80.90.11 and 7210.70.80.90.19.
