According to a notice released in the Official Journal on Saturday, April 18, the Turkish Undersecretariat of the Prime Ministry for Foreign Trade (DTM), upon the requests of domestic producers Sardogan Endustri ve Ticaret (Sardogan) and RSA Tesisat Malz. San. ve Tic. A.S. (RSA), will initiate an antidumping investigation into certain iron and steel pipe fittings imported from China, since a Turkish industry is judged to be materially injured by imports of the subject merchandise from China.
The merchandise covered by this order is pipe fittings, currently classifiable under subheadings 7307.91.00.00.00, 7307.93.11.00.11, 7307.93.11.00.12 and 7307.93.19.00.00 of the Customs Tariff Numbers Schedule (GTIP).
The investigation will be conducted by the Turkish Undersecretariat of the Prime Ministry for Foreign Trade Import Administration.
Interested parties are required to submit their responses to the related agencies.
