Treasury ministry sets deadline for final PHS bids

Deadline for the two bidders in the privatisation process of the Polish steel mills PHS has been set as June 18, by the treasury ministry of Poland. The ministry was holding negotiations with the two bidders LNM Holdings and US Steel with the purpose of obtaining betterment in their submitted final bids. For the invitation to the exclusivity talks, a winning bidder is expected to be identified among these two companies by end June.
