Tokusen USA moves into empty Kentucky steel plant

Tokusen USA, an Arkansas-based specialty wire manufacturer, will start up a new operation in the former American Steel Cord plant in Scottsburg, Kentucky.  The company will hire over 130 new workers over the next two years, and plans to start production in August. 

Tokusen plan spend more than $24 million on the plant, and is set to receive almost $2 million in incentives from state and city governments.
