China's largest stainless steelmaker Taiyuan Iron and Steel (Group) Co. Ltd (TISCO) has slightly adjusted its November ex-factory prices for stainless steel products.
1) CR stainless coil: Though the prices of the 304 and 301 series rise by RMB 500/mt ($67/mt) from the levels of October, other grades like the 321 series, 316 series and variations of the 400 series remain unchanged in price. Thus SUS 304/2B 2.0 mm coil now costs RMB 34,400/mt ($4,600/mt), while SUS 321/2B 2.0 mm coil and SUS 430/2B 2.0 mm coil cost RMB 47,200/mt ($6,310/mt) and RMB 13,000/mt ($1,738/mt) respectively.
2) HR stainless coil: The prices of the 304 series and 301 series increase by RMB 500/mt ($67/mt), while other grades like the 316 series, 321 series and variations of the 400 series retain the October price levels. Consequently, the current price of SUS 304/No.1 3-12 mm coils with mill edge is RMB 32,400/mt ($4,332/mt), while that of ASTM 316/No.1 3-12 mm coils still stays at RMB 57,300/mt ($7,660/mt). The price of SUS 430/No.1 3-6 mm coils with mill edge remains at RMB 11,500/mt ($1,537/mt).
3) Stainless HR plate: All prices are unchanged from October levels.
The above prices include VAT and take effect as of November 1.
