Thailand extends AD duties on HR steel products from China and Malaysia

Thailand’s Committee of Dumping and Subsidy has announced that it has decided to extend the antidumping (AD) duty on hot rolled steel products from China and Malaysia for another five years effective as of July 11, 2023 until July 10, 2028.

Accordingly, the products will be subject to antidumping duties of 30.91 percent for China, 23.57 percent for Malaysian Megasteel and 42.51 percent for all other Malaysian producers in terms of the CIF prices.

The 162 products subject to antidumping duties currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers starting with 7208 and 7211.
