Steel Technologies expects higher sales for Q3

According to recent market reports, US flat rolled steel processor Steel Technologies has announced that it has revised its expectations for financial results regarding third quarter ending on June 30, 2004. The company stated that it has revised its financial results due to increase in production volumes at its mills. Accordingly, Steel Technologies expects its sales for third quarter to reach $225 million against $129.6 million recorded in the same period of previous year. Moreover, the company expects its shipments to increase by 40% compared to third quarter of previous fiscal.
