Shougang Tonggang Group’s BF No. 7 sees record monthly output in Nov

Jilin Province-based Chinese steelmaker Shougang Tonggang Group, a subsidiary of Shougang Group, has announced that it produced 189,434 mt of steel from its blast furnace No. 7 in November this year, exceeding the targeted volume by 4,364 mt and constituting a record monthly output.
 
In addition, in the given month Shougang Tonggang Group upgraded some of the equipment at its steelmaking plant in order to reduce costs.
