Shaw establishes new joint venture in Brazil

US-based industrial group Shaw Group Inc. has announced a new joint venture between Shaw's Fabrication & Manufacturing Group and a leading Brazilian manufacturer Empresa Brasileira de Solda Eletrica S.A. (EBSE).

According to the company statement, the joint venture called EBSE Shaw Spool Solutions Fabricação de Sistemas de Tubulação Ltda. (ES3 do Brasil) will provide prefabrication services for carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy piping systems from two existing facilities located in Pernambuco and Rio de Janeiro. ES3 do Brasil will support infrastructure, power, petrochemical, and oil and gas industries in Brazil.

Shaw provides fabrication solutions for its customers through 11 wholly equipped facilities around the world.
